For check-in your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card will be required, and time for it starts from 2pm or as agreed by the management in written.Check-out time is until 12pm. You are to inform the staff if you wish to retain the room beyond the check-out time. Any departures after 12pm will be considered as late departures and cost an additional fee.

The housekeeping will be performed once a day at the time the guest informs in advance that they require it.

Bridge Serviced Apartments is dedicated to the protection of our planet and as such we do not recommend smoking indoors or in the balconies.

You can cancel your booking by entering your reservation number and email address at the “Cancel Bookings” option of our “Booking” page.

No pets are allowed in the premises.

100% refund will be processed if cancelled 7 days prior to the booking date.And no refund will be done for being a no show or cancelling 6 days prior to booking.
